What is a personal concierge?
A personal concierge is there to support your everyday tasks and errands, handle your holiday gift card mailings, plan your child's birthday celebration and manage the big and small tasks that complicate your hectic world.  Put simply, they're an extra set of hands to help simplify your life, provide balance and enable success on the things that matter most.


Is there a minimum service charge?
There is a one-hour minimum service charge.  Hours beyond the one-hour minimum are billed in 1/2 hour increments.


Do you have discounted package plans?
Yes.  New clients purchasing an a la carte service receive a one-time, 10% discount on their hourly rate.  Additionally, prepaid, bundled service packages are available as follows:

    Ridge Package:  3-Hour Bundle (6% discount off a la carte rates)
    Bluff Package:  6-Hour Bundle (11% discount off a la carte rates)
    Summit Package:  9-Hour Bundle (16% discount off a la carte rates)


When is payment due?
For a la carte services, payment is due upon completion of the service.  Bundled hourly packages are prepaid in advance of completing the service.


Do you offer free consultations?
Yes.  In fact, its one of the most critical pieces to ensure our services are tailored to your needs.


Are discounts available for seniors?
Yes, seniors (65 and over) receive a 10% discount.


What are your hours?
Our regular business hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Regular service rates apply during business hours.  Services provided outside of regular business hours will be contingent on the particular service and availability.  A $10/hour additional fee will be applied to all services provided outside of regular business hours.


How is travel time and mileage handled?
Round trip travel time is included in the hourly rate along with 20 total miles.  Miles beyond the initial 20 will be billed at $.55/mile, consistent with the current IRS reimbursement rate.


How do you handle personal information?
Creekridge Concierge respects the confidentiality of all clients and their personal information.  All information is held in strict confidence.


Do you offer gift certificates?
